We will review all properly submitted notices and act in accordance with the DMCA. Please note that notices missing required information may be considered invalid and may not be acted upon. Additionally, knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement claim may expose you to legal liability, including damages and attorney's fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content belonging to you was removed from RebelDealz.net in error (for example, due to a mistaken identification), you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside (or any judicial district in which RebelDealz.net may be found, if you reside outside the United States), and your agreement to accept legal service of process from the party who originally submitted the takedown notice.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the content within ten (10) business days unless the original claimant provides evidence of an active court proceeding seeking to restrict the use of the disputed material.

Submitting a fraudulent counter-notification may also result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Third-Party Trademarks & Promotional Content

Repeat Infringer Policy
