Movie nights just became a lot more affordable! AMC Stubs members can get 50% off movie tickets every Tuesday and Wednesday at participating AMC theaters.
Depending on the regular ticket price at your local theater, this could bring an eligible movie ticket down to around $8. Prices vary by location, so check your theater’s final price before heading out.
The offer is available all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and takes 50% off the regular adult evening base ticket price. You can use it for new releases and other eligible showtimes, making it an easy way to enjoy a midweek movie without paying the full ticket price.
How to Get the AMC Ticket Discount
You must be an AMC Stubs member to receive the discount, but the AMC Stubs Insider membership is completely free to join.
1. Create a free AMC Stubs Insider account.
2. Sign in to your account before choosing your tickets.
3. Select an eligible Tuesday or Wednesday showtime.
4. Make sure your AMC Stubs account is connected to the purchase.
5. The 50% discount will be applied to the adult evening base ticket price.
Tickets can be purchased through the AMC website or app, at the theater box office or at an in-theater kiosk.

Get 50% Off a Small Popcorn and Drink Combo
AMC Stubs members can save on snacks too!
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, members can get 50% off a small popcorn and drink combo at participating theaters while supplies last.
The combo includes a small popcorn with either a 20-ounce fountain drink or a 21-ounce ICEE. Both items must be purchased together as a combo to receive the discount. Individual small popcorns and drinks will not be discounted.
This concession offer is only available when ordering inside the theater. It cannot be ordered ahead through the AMC website or mobile app, and it does not qualify for AMC Stubs size upgrades.
Important Details to Know
The movie-ticket discount is based on the regular adult evening base ticket price, so it does not mean every ticket will cost exactly $8. Your final price will depend on the regular ticket price at your theater.
Convenience fees, taxes and additional charges are not included in the 50% discount. Premium formats such as IMAX, Dolby Cinema, RealD 3D and other special experiences may include an additional surcharge.
Certain movies, special screenings and premium events may be excluded. There is also a limit of 10 discounted tickets per show date.
Your AMC Stubs membership must be active and connected to the transaction when you purchase the tickets. The discount cannot be added afterward.
