Halloween fans can send a letter to the Pumpkin King himself! Kids, and grown-up fans, can mail a letter to Jack Skellington through the Tulare Parks & Recreation Department.
Letters should be mailed by October 16 and addressed to:

Want Jack to write back? Be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope inside your letter so his reply can make its way back to you.
